RESUME L’analyse du Bloc-notes de François Mauriac révèle que l’activité journalistique n’y est pas pratiquée selon les critères professionnalistes usuels tels que la déontologie, la technicité, la codification des procédures l’exigent. L’auteur s’est attaché aux qualités proprement dynamiques propres au genre que sont : l’imprécision des frontières et la créativité des modes de production. Son journalisme apparaît dans toute sa spécificité comme un métier dont l’original intérêt se trouve dans sa capacité de produire rapidement un « discours attractif », « éphémère » et « imprécis », par nécessité et par rapport à l’angle choisi, avec des moyens qu’il juge utiles et des procédés que lui seul apprécie : la brièveté et le secret. Cette singularisation de l’acte de produire et de diffuser l’information dont se saisissent les individus dans des pratiques variées nous paraît plus adaptée au contexte actuel des médias, car les disponibilités technologiques favorisent l’immédiateté de l’information et l’implication du lecteur. ABSTRACT The analysis of the Scratch pad of François Mauriac reveals that the journalistic activity is not practised there according to usual professionnalists criteria's such as the deontology, technicality, the coding of the procedures require it. The author stuck to properly dynamic qualities suitable for the kind which are:the inaccuracy of the borders and creativity of the modes of production.Its journalism appears in all its specificity as a trade whose original interest is in its capacity to produce "a gravitational", "transitory" and "vague" speech quickly, by need and compared to the angle chosen, with means which it considers useful and of the processes that only appreciates to him: brevity and the secrecy. This singularisation of the act to produce and disseminate the information whose the individuals in varied practices seize themselves appears us more adapted to the current context of the media, because the technological availabilities support immédiateté of the information and the implication of the reader.
