RESUME

Introduction : Les composés phénoliques (principalement les flavonoïdes) constituent une richesse largement exploitée par les industries agro-alimentaires, cosmétiques et pharmaceutiques. L’extraction de ces métabolites est une étape très importante pour leur isolement et leur identification. Objectif : L’objectif de ce travail est de décrire une technique d’extraction des flavonoïdes à partir d’un mélange successif de solvants. Conclusion : Cette technique permet d’extraire aisément les flavonoïdes des plantes médicinales.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Phenolic compounds (mainly flavonoids) constitute a wealth widely exploited by the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. The extraction of these metabolites is a very important step in their isolation and identification. Objective: The objective of this work is to describe a technique for extracting flavonoids from a successive mixture of solvents. Conclusion: This technique makes it easy to extract flavonoids from medicinal plants.
